It was re-enabled and nothing changed.Ĥ) Through device manager, I uninstalled it and restarted my computer.
#NVIDIA GTX 760 DRIVERS WINDOWS 10 UPDATE#
These were all suggestions from windows:ġ) Through device manager, I did a troubleshoot scan and it came up with a message that said something along the lines of "We found an error but we don't know what it is." No error code was given.Ģ) Through device manager, I scanned for update software and was told it was up to date.ģ) Through device manager, I disabled it and restarted the computer. So here is a list of solutions I have tried with no success. These are compatible with the latest Windows 10 update and they are.** My Nvidia Geforce and audio components are not broken. **I would also like to note that I have on three separate occasions now done a full system scan on my PC of all components and all tests have come back without error. I have also tried several things to fix this, none of which have worked. I have an update for IDT high definition audio CODEC, but when I try to download it I get "IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - Error 0x8007001f". I have tried numerous things and nothing worked (I will list below). So I did the natural thing, came on here looking for solutions to my problem. I checked my audio and it showed no problems from device manager. Went to properties and it says "Windows has stopped this deviceīecause it has reported problems.
I went into device manager and it shows my Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 wasn't working. It started back up there was (and still is) a black frame around my desktop and my audio was (and still is) gone. I already had Windows 10 on my computer but I received an update and it asked me to restart the computer so I did. I have been having this issue for a little over a month now with no solution in sight so I am really hoping someone can help me out here.
